ArbVoices

Have a bold idea you want to share with leading arbitration practitioners? We'll give you the stage on 8 October 2026 in Tallinn.

The world is in constant change – so is arbitration. Perhaps you have a novel idea to accommodate the change, but you are unsure if it works. This is your opportunity to inspire and receive feedback from the international community, regardless of how unconventional the idea may be. ArbVoices is a short-speech competition for bold ideas in arbitration. It's designed to break away from the usual panel discussions, giving fresh thinkers the spotlight to inspire change. Pitch your idea, and we might just meet in Tallinn in October 2026.

Selection of the speakers – June 2026

An international jury of five leading experts will review all submissions and select the top five ideas to be presented at Tallinn Arbitration Day 2026.

Submissions will be evaluated on their clarity, intellectual boldness, relevance and the practical impact they could have on the arbitration community.

If we receive a large number of submissions, you may be asked to provide a short video pitch.

Develop your speech – Summer 2026

The speakers will have the summer to refine and polish their presentations based on further instructions from the organisers. Each speaker should present one core thesis, one narrative and a clear takeaway.

Present at Tallinn Arbitration Day – 8 October 2026

The five chosen speakers will present their ideas at a dedicated ArbVoices session during Tallinn Arbitration Day.

Each speaker will have up to 12 minutes to deliver a clear, impactful, and engaging talk. A final winner will be chosen jointly by the jury and the audience.

Why you should submit your interest

We offer a unique stage to showcase your idea to an international audience, visibility through our marketing channels, and the chance to compete for recognition as the most inspiring voice in arbitration. You will get a free pass to Tallinn Arbitration Day and the opportunity to contribute your perspective to the conversation on arbitration.

If you're passionate about shaping the future of arbitration, this is your moment to shine.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking creative minds with bold ideas that can transform arbitration. Your seniority, background or network doesn't matter – what counts is your vision and your ability to deliver it in an engaging way.
